We are unable to accept returns of any self service items such as refill or potting bar services.

By joining our mailing list you agree to receive periodic emails from Bhumi with helpful tips, current specials and updated products.

By joining our Loyalty program you agree to receive occasional text message reminders. Standard messaging rates apply. 

We will NEVER sell your email address or phone number to a third party or mailing list.

If you chose to bring your own container for refill please be sure that it's clean. We recommend starting your refill journey with new containers and refilling with the same product over and over or bringing in a container and filling with like items from the original contents. We cannot be responsible for issues arising from cross contamination of products. 

Product labels for certain items as required by law are available at the front counter.

We are attempting to make every reasonable effort that the "freebie containers" are clean and sanitary. If you have any containers to donate please bring them to the front counter so we may run them through a sanitizer before offering them for use by another.
