You may be feeling overwhelmed at the idea of living a waste free life. Lets face it, our society doesn't make it easy. There's plenty of ways to start small that make BIG impacts! We recommend starting with 1 thing at a time! Get used to it, make it your habit and then ad things as you feel comfortable!
Buy Local!
Do research! Buy good products from good people.
What a versatile product! It's not just for salads, dying Easter Eggs and Pickling!
Cleaning: Did you know Vinegar is a great cleaner? It can be harsh on some surfaces so always do a test patch first but it works great for windows, kitchen and bathroom floors, counters, sinks etc!
Laundry: I was dumbfounded to find out that I could use Vinegar in my laundry! I now put it in with the detergent in the wash cycle. Not only does it remove odors from your clothes it softens them as well! By putting it in at the beginning of the wash it also doesn't leave behind any odor of the vinegar itsef!
By switching everyday disposables to sustainable reusables you can make a BIG impact!.

Join the refill revolution! Speak with your dollars and let the big corporations know that you are tired of paying for their harmful products in wasteful packaging.
There are refill stations and stores offering eco friendly refill items popping up all over the country. There's probably one really close by already! If there isn't a refill station in your town yet buy in bulk as much as possible so you don't go through as many single use containers!
1 steel straw = 500 plastic ones?
1 reusable water bottle = 150 disposable ones?

The average American Family consumes 238 plastic containers each year JUST from cleaning and beauty products?
By switching to all electric appliances in your home from Natural gas = giving up your car?
"This is happening, have faith: A global transformation of universal scale.
A massive human awakening is underway, mindsets are shifting, and we are flowing to a place where manipulative and divisive distractions will no longer work to disconnect and disempower us. Because we are unbreakably connected-to one another and our Home." Waste-ED
